Is it just me, or does reading all the comments about "Charlie" in Lost just make you think of Jack? I have to remind myself every week that, "No, stupid. Charlie is Dom."

Lost might be cool for now and all, but if we eventually learn something as ridiculously insipid as Locke's miraculous ability to walk comes from his neato-survivalist vest, I will personally drive to Hollywood or wherever and beat the poorly-written shit out of JJ Abrams.

Hrmm... well that might explain just how over-the-top it is. I shudder to think, however, just how some idiotic Hollywood exec would take it and run with it.

2. his writing on Alias is great

I stopped watching Alias after about the sixth episode, when I realized that much of it read like Felicity, with spies. People have told me that season 2-on is better, but I just haven't had the time to grab the DVDs.
