Mmmmm...Pork

I can't decide which is tastier--a bun with dried pork on it, or a bun with roast bbq pork in it.

I love the steamed ones, but the baked ones sometimes have a lower quality meat to them.

Agreed. The steamed ones are my favorite ... my best friend makes incredibly good bao.

Yay, now I'm homesick for my best friend. :)
