Glass

Hey, you know what it's like when the cover for the light fixture above your head comes loose unexpectedly and comes crashing down onto your monitor while you're sitting in front of the computer playing Hexic, causing glass shards to fly all over you, your keyboard, your mouse, and your desk?

No?

Oh, maybe it's just me, then...

Oow! Ouch!

You're okay, though, right?

Holy crap!

Is that a hidden feature of the game? Imagine, an easter egg that interacts with the real world. Cool.

Yeah, I'm okay, just a bit irritated that I have to wear shoes around the computer area until I can completely turn it over for glass shards.

I'm going to make that a tag on this entry. I need a "holy crap" class of posts.

That would be fitting for a game I found on Microsoft's site.

I think we all do. Haha.

I'm a really bad friend because I'm laughing like a giant idiot right now. It was like a movie moment or something. My stomach hurts like crazy because I'm trying not to laugh out loud because I'm at work...

Baaa haa haaa

[livejournal.com profile] batnandu and I have a term for this kind of movie-esque moment. It's something that requires an "orange wedge," like the scene in Breakfast Club where Vice Principal Vernon, while sucking on an orange wedge, tries to pour his coffee into his mug, and the thermos explodes all over his papers.

*Guffaw*

I need to become friends with him/her/it. That's brilliant!

I couldn't stop my self, so here's this...

I made it on my lunch break while waiting for my lava pocket to cool down.

Oh, and that icon r00ls.

[identity profile] cee-m.livejournal.com 2007-03-15 06:43 pm (UTC)(link)
lol. Exactly.

[identity profile] cee-m.livejournal.com 2007-03-15 06:44 pm (UTC)(link)
I've seriously had the giggles for like an hour now because of that story, and then you were my tech savior so bam! icon!

[livejournal.com profile] batnandu: dude
batnandu: the orange wedge thing rules!

Rock. I'm glad he likes. Honestly, how sad is it that I had to explain the entire orange wedge thing to a girl (MY AGE) at work... she had no idea what I was even talking about and she says she's seen the movie.

yeesh.
